Banana Sauce (Banana Ketchup) hot!

Ketchup does not have to mean tomatoes, try this hot banana sauce from Jufran.

Banana ketchup or banana sauce is made from bananas, vinegar and spices. It is often dyed red to resemble the color of tomato ketchup. Banana ketchup is sweeter but otherwise used very much like tomato ketchup.

Ingredients:

Water, sugar, banana, iodized salt (salt, potassium iodate), modified starch, spices, 0.1 % sodium benzoate (E211) as preservative, acetic acid (E260), union powder, garlic powder, FD&C yellow #5 (E102), FD&C red #40 (E129), titanium dioxide (E171), banana flavor.
