Barrio Fiesta bagoong is the ideal pair for Kare-Kare, Green Mango, Ensaladang Mangga and can be use for cooking Pinakbet, Binagoongang Baboy or other exciting dishes.
Bagoong is a sauteed shrimp paste made of small fermented shrimps (alamang). It can be made of garlic, onion, tomatoes and pork. It can be eates as a condiment or as a whole dish.
Many Filipino dishes are based on the bagoong taste. Kare-kare and binagoongan are a few. A simple way to have bagoong is with steamed rice.
Note: White spots may appear due to the re-crystallization of salt and sugar during the atmospheric changes. This does not affect the quality of the product.
