Yaki Nori is a roasted seaweed that is used in making the famous sushi rolls. Beautiful large sheets that make it even easier to put the most delicious sushi rolls on the table yourself.

Nori sheets are seaweed sheets that show many comparisons in production compared to the paper preparation. The temaki sheets have a size of approximately 20 x 20 cm and are often used for rolling in with sushi filling. There are 10 sheets in one package.

Preparation
Prepare the sushi rice as indicated in your recipes. but roll the sushi rice in the sheets with the shiny side on the outside. You can also cut thin strips of it and use it to tie the Tamago (lit. egg, omelet) or other ingredients on the sushi rice.
