Short grained sticky rice. Also known as sticky rice, sweet rice, waxy rice, botan rice, biroin chal, mochi rice, pearl rice, and pulut. Could be used for Champ-O-Rado.
To cook the rice first pre-soak the sticky rice in water for about 4 hours. Secondly place the rice in a glutinous rice box and place over a pot which is full of boiling water. Ensure rice is cooked through before serving.
