Combine one grilled or fried meat (finely chopped), two pieces of onion (chopped) and the contents of the package dissolved in 65 ml of water and mix well. Gamish with cilli pepper if desired. Serve with hot pepper sauce and calamansi.
Sisig is a Kapampangan word for "snack something sour". The word has of course been around for long but the dish stems from the 1970:s when pig's heads were sold cheap. Initially Sisig was made on chopped pigs cheeks and ears.
