- In a large pan, dispense contents with 11 cups of water (two liters).
- Mix contents until it is thoroughly dispense, bring to a boil.
- Add your choice of vegetables, shrimp or fish. Simmer until done.
Important: For beef or other meat sinigang, pour contents of puch when meat is already tender to enjoy full tamarind goodness.
