McCormick's Longganisa mix
Preparation:
- Dissolve McCormick Longganisa Hamonado Spice Mix in 1.5 tablespoons water.
- Add 400g meat and 100g pork fat (can be replaced with lean meat).
- Shape the mix into sausages and let stand for at least 1 hour (For best results, place the sausages in waxpaper and leave in the fridge overnight).
- Fry Longganisa in hot oil until done.
