Directions
1. Mix the mix with water.
2. Stir often, cook on medium heat until the sauce boils. Lower the heat and simmer for 1 minute. (The sauce thickens when standing.)
Serve over turkey, hot meat sandwiches, mashed potatoes or stuffing.
Instructions for microwave oven: Stir water into Gravy Mix in a 1 liter microwave bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring after every minute. Microwave ovens vary; cooking time is approximate.
Homestyle turkey sauce: Use 1/4 cup turkey stew and 3/4 cup water. Serve over turkey, filling, mashed potatoes, hot meat sandwiches, rice or noodles. Use in recipes for casserole or casserole pie.
