Cooking directions:

  1. In a large pan, dispense contents with 11 cups of water (two liters).
  2. Mix contents until it is thoroughly dispense, bring to a boil.
  3. Add your choice of vegetables, shrimp or fish. Simmer until done.

Important: For beef or other meat sinigang, pour contents of puch when meat is already tender to enjoy full tamarind goodness.

Makes two liters.
